Any kind of strategic planing is in need of a dialogue to clarify the support based on HTA domain descriptions. The Early Dialogue is a basic element and enables people to get a general understanding of the technology and the general health area in which the innovation might have an added value.
Early dialogue to get a specific service
If there is already a clear idea on the needed service by OITBpathway, the early dialogue is just implemented to assure that the request can be fulfilled by a Service Level Agreement (SLA) which avoid misunderstanding.
